Trivanta Mart is a multivendor marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers across India. Each vendor listed on the platform manages their own inventory, shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds.

1. Shipping Policy

    • Shipping timelines, charges, and delivery methods are determined by the respective vendor.

    • Estimated delivery time and shipping details will be mentioned on the product page or shared by the vendor.

    • Vendors are responsible for order processing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery.

    • Trivanta Mart does not handle or control the shipping process.

2. Return & Refund Policy

    • Return, exchange, and refund policies vary from vendor to vendor.

    • Customers must check the return eligibility and conditions mentioned on the product page or vendor store.

    • In case of a return request, customers should directly contact the respective vendor.

    • Refund processing time and method will be as per the vendor’s policy.

    • Trivanta Mart is not responsible for approving, rejecting, or processing returns and refunds.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact the vendor within the specified return period.

    • Supporting images or proof may be required by the vendor for verification.

    • Resolution (replacement/refund) will be provided by the vendor as per their policy.

4. Order Cancellation

    • Order cancellation rules are defined by the individual vendor.

    • Customers should contact the vendor directly for cancellation requests.

    • Cancellation approval and refund (if applicable) will be handled by the vendor.

5. Role of Trivanta Mart

    • Trivanta Mart acts only as a marketplace platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

    • We do not stock, ship, deliver, replace, or refund products.

    • Trivanta Mart shall not be held liable for:
        • Shipping delays or delivery failures

        • Product quality or condition

        • Return or refund disputes

    • However, customers may contact our support team for assistance in vendor communication, if required.

6. Vendor Responsibility

All vendors on Trivanta Mart are required to:

    • Clearly mention their shipping timelines and charges

    • Provide transparent return and refund policies

    • Ensure proper packaging and timely dispatch

    • Respond to customer queries and requests promptly
