Cancellation & Refund Policy

Trivanta Mart is a multivendor marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. Each vendor manages their own products, order processing, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Trivanta Mart acts only as a platform and is not directly involved in product fulfillment.


1. Order Cancellation

    • Cancellation policies are determined by the respective vendor.

    • Customers may request order cancellation before the product is shipped.

    • Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the vendor’s return policy will apply.

    • To cancel an order, customers must contact the respective vendor directly.

    • Approval or rejection of cancellation requests is at the sole discretion of the vendor.


2. Refund Policy

    • Refund eligibility, processing time, and refund method are defined by the individual vendor.

    • Refunds may be issued in the following cases (as per vendor policy):
        • Order cancelled before shipment

        • Product returned and approved by the vendor

        • Damaged, defective, or incorrect product received

    • Once approved, the refund will be processed by the vendor within their specified timeline.


3. Non-Refundable Situations (May Vary by Vendor)

Refunds may not be applicable if:

    • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

    • The return request is made after the vendor’s return period

    • The product falls under non-returnable categories (e.g., personal care, innerwear, customized items, etc.)

    • The issue is due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts by the customer


4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

    • Customers should report damaged, defective, or wrong products to the vendor within the specified return period.

    • Supporting photos or videos may be required for verification.

    • Resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided by the vendor as per their policy.


5. Role of Trivanta Mart

    • Trivanta Mart does not process cancellations, returns, or refunds.

    • We do not hold or release payments on behalf of vendors.

    • Trivanta Mart is not liable for:
        • Refund delays or rejections

        • Product quality or condition

        • Vendor disputes or decisions

    • However, customers may contact our support team for assistance in vendor communication if required.


6. Vendor Responsibility

All vendors on Trivanta Mart are required to:

    • Clearly mention their cancellation and refund policy

    • Process eligible refunds within the committed timeframe

    • Communicate transparently with customers
