Trivanta Mart is a multivendor marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. Each vendor manages their own products, order processing, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Trivanta Mart acts only as a platform and is not directly involved in product fulfillment.
1. Order Cancellation

- Customers may request order cancellation before the product is shipped.

- Supporting photos or videos may be required for verification.

- Resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided by the vendor as per their policy.
5. Role of Trivanta Mart

- Trivanta Mart does not process cancellations, returns, or refunds.

- We do not hold or release payments on behalf of vendors.
